Before accepting for a slot, the commissioner MUST BE 18 OR OLDER to purchase a commission from me. No excuses! If I find out otherwise, you will be blocked and the commission, in whatever state, terminated.

Once we have connected and info for the the piece has been sent, I will expect payment upfront for said piece. I will send you an invoice once the correct info has been provided. Payment must be sent towards the invoice. This way, the commissioner has the opportunity to pay forward without need of a PayPal account.

I will require at least three (3) refs of characters included within the piece and any descriptions clearly defining what you want from the piece will be needed for reference.

ONE full payment from ONE person will be accepted. This is simply for a more efficient process for me as the artist and gives more leeway between possible "group paid" commissions.

Respect the artist (that's me) in terms of content and what I will/won't draw. I am open to interpretation on what a drawing may consist of, but if I say "No." or decline the idea brought forward, then that is the end of it.

I allow the commissioner ONE major redrawing of the sketch if it is not to what was applied to the description of the commission. Any other re-drawings will not be accepted and I will either continue or terminate the commission in progress.

You have my permission to post said commission, so long as credit of work and characters is given. Watermark and Signature MUST be present on the post when re-posted by the commissioner.

My art is NOT allowed to be claimed usage by commissioners or others; including: edits, reproduction, and/or sold for commercial usage.

Edits are only made during the art process. Once the piece is complete and satisfied between the artist and commissioner, no further edits will be made after 48 hours. If the commissioner chooses to make edits past that time, there will be a $10 editing fee regarding edits consisting of color edits or minor changes. Any major changes regarding posing, additional objects or the like will not be considered after the time limit.

If using another individual's character or design, permission must be granted from them to me. I will not draw them otherwise. I will take either written proof (text) or you may have them reach me personally for verification.

My characters are my own and I will use them as I see fit. If I deem them not suitable to the commission or have no desire to use them for said piece, that is MY choice to make and I have the final say.

(I will take NSFW commissions, however I pertain to certain situations myself, and therefore am more comfortable drawing these. However, I am open to new ideas possibly, so ask if you are uncertain.)

I will have the art piece done in a timely fashion and will work on a queue basis and by art progress. By sending WIPs to corresponding commissioners, I will work on sketches and send progress drawings to those waiting and continue on next in queue.

Some works will be easier to take care of than others. Therefore, a sketch will take less time than a fully designed piece. So if the sketch is finalized and posted first, that does not mean I have forgotten about other pieces in the queue. This is how I work. Expect 100% effort on my part, no matter which project I am working on.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS may be taken, and will be content to stay so between the artist and commissioner. Otherwise, all other commissions will be up for posting.
