Terms of Service - EZDBud | Commission Guidelines

Before accepting for a slot, the commissioner MUST BE 18 OR OLDER to purchase a commission from me. No excuses! If I find out otherwise, you will be blocked and the commission, in whatever state, terminated.

Once we have connected and info for the the piece has been sent, I will expect payment upfront for said piece. I will send you an invoice once the correct info has been provided. Payment must be sent towards the invoice. This way, the commissioner has the opportunity to pay forward without need of a PayPal account.

I will require at least three (3) refs of characters included within the piece and any descriptions clearly defining what you want from the piece will be needed for reference.

ONE full payment from ONE person will be accepted. This is simply for a more efficient process for me as the artist and gives more leeway between possible "group paid" commissions.

Respect the artist (that's me) in terms of content and what I will/won't draw. I am open to interpretation on what a drawing may consist of, but if I say "No." or decline the idea brought forward, then that is the end of it.

I allow the commissioner ONE major redrawing of the sketch if it is not to what was applied to the description of the commission. Any other re-drawings will not be accepted and I will either continue or terminate the commission in progress.

Upon the completion of the commission, the artwork becomes your personal property. You are allowed to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial use. This includes posting it on social media, your personal website, or sharing it with others.

However, you may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from me. This includes selling prints, using it for merchandise, or using it in any way to generate income.

I reserve the right to post the completed artwork on my social media and portfolio for promotional purposes unless you specify otherwise in writing before payment.

I accept commissions for a wide variety of art styles and subjects. However, I do have certain preferences and limitations based on my comfort level and artistic vision.

If you have specific style preferences, please communicate them clearly during the commission process. The more detailed your references and descriptions, the better I can bring your vision to life.

I am always open to discussing your preferences before we move forward with the commission.

I do accept NSFW commissions, but with certain restrictions. Please discuss the scope and nature of your NSFW request with me before sending payment.

All NSFW content must depict characters that are clearly adults (18+). I do not create any content involving minors in any context, explicit or otherwise.

If your request falls outside my comfort zone, I will let you know and we can discuss alternatives or you may request a refund.

There are certain subjects and content I absolutely will not create under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Anything involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Explicit hate speech or discriminatory content
• Extreme graphic violence or gore
• Real, named individuals without their consent
• Content that promotes illegal activities

If you request content I'm uncomfortable with, I will politely decline and offer alternative suggestions if possible.

I will have the art piece done in a timely fashion and will work on a queue basis and by art progress. By sending WIPs to corresponding commissioners, I will work on sketches and send progress drawings to those waiting and continue on next in queue.

Some works will be easier to take care of than others. Therefore, a sketch will take less time than a fully designed piece. So if the sketch is finalized and posted first, that does not mean I have forgotten about other pieces in the queue. This is how I work. Expect 100% effort on my part, no matter which project I am working on.

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS may be taken, and will be content to stay so between the artist and commissioner. Otherwise, all other commissions will be up for posting.
